How does the Gadget Helpline work?
When you need help with an electronic device, you give us a call on 617 HUB TMTI (482 8684) to subscribe, or subscribe online (right). Our Advisor will talk you through anything you need help with, from set-up to problem-solving to feature-enabling. Our Boston-based advisors are here to help you Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, EST. We are closed on most national holidays.
What does it cost to join the Gadget Helpline?
We charge $3 per month, per person, per gadget type you want to cover. All of your cell phones, for example, will be covered for $3 per month. Alternatively, you can buy a 6-month pre-paid support package for $19.95 – great for gifts. The package is activated with your first call.
What gadgets are covered?
We will eventually cover almost all the electronic gadgets found in the home and most of those found in offices. Right now in the US we cover cell phones, smart phones, computers, video game systems, MP3 players , GPS Systems, digital cameras, DVD players, TVs and more – with new consumer electronics being added every month.
How do I get this service?

What if I am not happy?
If you are not satisfied with our service, for any reason, you can cancel your subscription at any time with one quick call. For our pre-paid customers, you will be refunded for any full months left in your package, pro-rated at $3.33 per month.
