Talk Me Through It® (TMTI®) is a center of excellence for Bluetooth compatibility testing. We currently test a carefully selected and customized number of handsets with each Bluetooth accessory to provide an unrivaled view of its compatibility with other Bluetooth products.

We provide pre-launch evaluation of handsets and accessories, identifying product issues, which may affect the customer experience and popularity of the product.

Bluetooth testing at TMTI is an established procedure endorsed by leading Bluetooth manufacturers worldwide. TMTI are members of the Usability Expert Group (UEG), a group within the Bluetooth SIG.

A device evaluation report is produced for each device tested, detailing Bluetooth performance in a user environment. The information can be used to refine the device before it is launched to the market, or for market research for future products. Our report demonstrates to mobile operators, distributors and retailers that the product can be sold with confidence.

The TMTI Bluetooth matrix is made up of compatibility data scores from testing our careful selection of handsets with both headsets and car kits. It is a visual aid with which to view product compatibility and performance. Clients use the matrix in many ways, including as a sales aid, as a customer service tool within their call center and within the self help area on their website.

For some of our markets TMTI have teamed up with Cambridge Silicon Radio, the leading Bluetooth chip set provider, to create a quality assurance hologram. The hologram demonstrates to customers, retailers and distributors that the Bluetooth product has been rigorously tested and meets our high approval standards.

Retailers know that your device can be sold with confidence where it is marked with the TMTI hologram. Adding the TMTI hologram to your product will let consumers know that your product will deliver a positive customer experience.
