TMTI Terms and Conditions of Service
The Gadget Helpline support service will remain available to the subscriber between the hours of 9am – 5pm EST, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, while payments are being correctly maintained and paid. Gadget Helpline subscriptions are non-transferable.
Gadget Helpline is one of the services provided by Talk Me Through It®, under the business TMTI-USA Inc. TMTI’s Gadget Helpline will use its reasonable efforts to resolve support issues raised by our customers in relation to consumer electronic gadgets covered by their subscriptions. All items must have been purchased new within 3 years. If you call us about a covered gadget that we cannot advise on immediately, we will issue you a special query number, and one of our experts will call you back within two working days.
TMTI reserves the right to cancel, with a refund, the pre-paid subscription of any customer. TMTI also reserves the right to limit unreasonable or abusive use, without refund.
TMTI reserves the right to determine whether an item falls within the definition of a “consumer electronic gadget” for the purposes of this service.
TMTI does not give warranty or any other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of its service. Access to its service may be interrupted restricted or delayed for any reason. TMTI also does not give any warranty or other assurances as to the content of the advice given by its representatives, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the full extent permissible by law, TMTI disclaims all responsibility for any damage or losses (including without limitation financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or any action or decision taken as a result of using the Gadget Helpline support service. Using the Gadget Helpline support service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Gadget Helpline On-line Monthly Subscription Service
The Gadget Helpline support service may be cancelled at any time after the first payment is collected. Persons subscribing to the Gadget Helpline service for a particular product or range of products do so at the rate noted on our web site at the time of purchase. Subscribers will receive an e-mail indicating the telephone number to call plus the reference number to quote on all communications. The service is limited to the individual noted in the subscription.
The Gadget Helpline support service may be canceled at any time after the first payment being collected. All cancellations or refund requests must be made by telephoning the Gadget Helpline on 617 482 8684, by e-mail to GadgetHelpline@TalkMeThroughIt.com or in writing to Gadget Helpline, TMTI-USA Inc. 75 Arlington Street, Suite 500, Boston, MA 02116 USA. Please ensure you quote the subscriber name, address and the reference number in your communication.
Gadget Helpline Retail Subscription Packs
Persons subscribing to the Gadget Helpline service do so at the rate noted on the retail pack. The packs contain the telephone number plus the reference number for subscribers to quote on all communications. The service is limited to the individual identified on their first call.
